That was one of the lines that made the white look twice. It was a funny
fix to get them thinking I fit the stereotype handed them of the ideal
male. Oh, is that what it means? Sure, why not! It got Carol to give
me a second look and go to the beach. She laughed right out because she
has a good sense of humor about the race thing and I could tell she'd be
easy to deal with. No deception necessary.
